Matrix Providers is seeking qualified neurologist or psychiatrist to join our provider network as an Independent Contractor for traumatic brain injury exams as well as general medicine disability exams. There is no treatment or prescribing. Office will be provided. Doctorate Degree in Medicine or Osteopathic Medicine.
