Registered Nurse (RN) Clinical Supervisor

The Registered Nurse (RN) Clinical Supervisor role is onsite in Venice, FL, with field visits to clients’ homes; compensation is $85,000–$90,000 per year. McKenney Home Care is a family-owned private-duty home care agency serving Southwest Florida. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM. The RN supports safe, individualized client care while guiding caregivers and overseeing clinical quality. Through assessments, care-plan reviews, staff coaching, documentation, and quality assurance, the role helps align home care delivery with client needs and agency standards.

What you'll do

• Conduct client assessments, reassessments, care-plan reviews, and progress evaluations in clients’ homes
• complete caregiver supervisory visits and provide coaching
• review and update individualized care plans
• provide clinical guidance and mentorship
• communicate with clients, families, caregivers, physicians, and care-team members
• maintain clinical documentation in WellSky
• conduct medication box pours according to procedures
• identify and communicate changes in condition and safety concerns
• support chart reviews, quality assurance, and compliance readiness
• report clinical and quality concerns to the Director of Nursing.

Why this role

Requires an active Florida Registered Nurse license in good standing, hands-on CPR certification, a valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation. Private-duty home care and field nursing experience are preferred. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM.
