Merchandise Design Manager

What you'll do

• Plan concept, artwork, and packaging output against product calendars
• assign work across the Concept Design team
• set quality standards and approval gates
• monitor schedules, revisions, dependencies, and delivery risks
• balance internal work with contractor support
• review major concept, artwork, and packaging packages
• manage and develop 3–6 designers
• partner with production, marketing, and e-commerce on handoffs and launch readiness.
