What you'll do

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans by hand or machine
• maintain a clean work area and follow health and safety guidelines
• sort and store clean dishes
• stock stations
• chop vegetables and prepare sauces and other food
• cook menu items with the kitchen team.
