Mold Operator

The Mold Operator role is onsite in Milford, NH, working Monday through Friday, 2:30 p.m.–10:30 p.m. Pay is $21.27–$21.85 per hour on W-2, including the shift differential. The role produces molded parts using molding and blending machines. The operator runs production equipment, prepares and inspects parts, and follows established processes and safety requirements. The work supports production quality through careful machine operation, product inspection, and an orderly work area.

What you'll do

• Operate injection molding and blending machines
• cut excess material with an exacto knife
• inspect products for surface defects and flaws
• position and secure threaded cores or overmolds
• fill machine hoppers
• follow safety regulations and maintain a clean, orderly work area.
