The role exists to perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on commercial HVAC systems. The technician ensures all work meets safety and regulatory standards while providing clear communication and documentation for every service call.

What you'll do

• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair on commercial HVAC systems.
• Follow all city, state, federal, and EPA codes, and keep required maintenance records.
• Recommend parts and give clear updates to customers on every job.
• Follow and reinforce safety policies.
• Document each service call and complete field paperwork daily.
