What you'll do

• Own shop revenue, profitability, and financial performance, including an individual revenue goal
• develop sales, retention, and customer-value strategies
• use financial and operating data to identify performance gaps
• manage labor, margins, expenses, and resources
• hire, onboard, coach, and develop staff and future leaders
• oversee workflow, staffing, productivity, quality, safety, and customer experience
• address operational bottlenecks and customer concerns.
