What you'll do

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees
• follow security procedures and site policies
• respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and critical situations
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter locations
• monitor access points
• report suspicious conditions, maintenance concerns, and policy violations
• complete activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation.
