What you'll do

• Monitor rental rates to maximize income
• address resident complaints and requests
• maintain the community’s appearance and ensure maintenance is reported and completed. Implement marketing strategies, review applications, prepare leases and paperwork, coordinate move-ins, prepare annual budgets, collect payments, set onsite employee schedules, and support team development.
