General Laborer — Agricultural Tarp Installation

Job overview

The General Laborer works onsite in Irrigon, OR, performing outdoor work in agricultural areas. Compensation is $17.50–$25 per hour, with overtime during high-volume months and team-based piece-rate earning potential. ITC Services supports agriculture by installing and maintaining coverings that help protect hay and silage. The role performs tarp installation, silage-cover setup, maintenance, and general site labor to complete customer projects safely and efficiently. Working under daily direction from the Crew Supervisor and reporting to the Field Manager, the laborer helps maintain safety, quality, and teamwork on job sites.

What you'll do

• Install and maintain tarps and silage covers
• set up and inspect tarps
• load and secure materials
• maintain clean work areas and company property
• follow safety procedures and report or address hazards
• read work orders and paperwork
• attend required training and meetings
• work overtime and weekends as needed to meet customer demand.
