The Certified Dialysis Patient Care Technician is an onsite role based in Cold Spring, NY. This role exists to provide direct patient care and support during hemodialysis treatments. The technician works under the supervision of a Registered Nurse to ensure patient safety, monitor treatment progress, and maintain equipment standards.
What you'll do
- Gather patient vital signs, initiate and terminate dialysis treatments, monitor patients during treatment, collect blood samples, prepare and disinfect dialysis machines, and perform safety checks.
