Venue Sales Representative

Job overview

The Venue Sales Representative role is onsite in Frederick, MD. Compensation is $24 per hour plus commission for booked events. The position supports Ceresville Mansion’s wedding and event sales. The representative guides prospective clients from inquiry through contract signing and deposit, using venue tours, proposals, and consistent follow-up to convert leads into bookings. The role then transitions booked clients to the Account Management team for ongoing planning.

What you'll do

• Respond to venue inquiries by email, phone, and online platforms
• conduct venue tours
• prepare proposals and contracts
• follow up with leads
• guide clients through contract signing and deposit
• transition booked clients to Account Management
• track leads and events in TripleSeat and internal systems
• maintain knowledge of venue spaces, packages, and promotions.
