What you'll do

• Assess patients’ physical, psychological, and social needs
• develop and implement individualized care plans
• administer prescribed medications and treatments
• monitor vital signs and responses
• assist with diagnostic procedures and pre- and post-operative care
• coordinate with dentists, anesthesiologists, and paramedics
• educate patients and families
• document care
• follow infection-control and safety protocols
• participate in quality improvement and monthly RN team meetings.

Why this role
