What you'll do

• Prepare food, smoothies, juices, smoothie bowls, and other menu items to recipes and standards
• monitor ticket flow and service times
• maintain and reset stations
• rotate between kitchen and smoothie stations
• verify order accuracy
• follow food safety, sanitation, storage, labeling, and FIFO procedures
• communicate inventory, quality, and equipment concerns.
