What you'll do

• Serve as a Medication Nurse and/or Team Leader.
• Perform and direct resident care according to federal, state, and local standards, facility guidelines, regulations, and the Unit Coordinator’s plan.
• Maintain quality care and coordinate with other resident services to support continuity of residents’ care.
