What you'll do

• Provide onsite hardware and networking support for desktops, laptops, and servers
• perform installs, moves, adds, and changes
• test and inspect units
• communicate repair steps, parts orders, and estimated completion times
• respond to customer support requests by email
• run diagnostics
• install, modify, and repair hardware and software
• prioritize work orders
• maintain inventory
• perform related duties as assigned.
