What you'll do

• Install, configure, support, and troubleshoot end-user devices, mobile devices, peripherals, operating systems, and business software
• support service desk tools, access requests, device enrollment, software deployment, and documentation
• implement approved security configurations
• stage, image, deploy, track, and retire devices
• troubleshoot connectivity and access issues.
