Senior Bookkeeper

The role performs advanced accounting operations for multiple credit unions, supporting accurate financial processing, month-end close, reconciliations, and post-conversion work. It also contributes to audits, reporting, documentation, and process improvements that help Xtend serve its credit union partners.

What you'll do

• Complete month-end accounting and reconciliations
• balance general ledgers and process exceptions
• support post-conversion accounting
• prepare reconciliation packets and documentation
• conduct daily audits and quality control
• assist with quarterly Call Reports and Shared Branching maintenance
• update processing guides
• provide backup support
• and participate in accounting projects and process improvements.
