The Maintenance Mechanic role is onsite at Gulf Breeze Hospital in Gulf Breeze, FL. Pay is $22–$24 per hour, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Crothall Healthcare provides support services exclusively to the healthcare industry. The mechanic maintains hospital building systems and equipment to support a safe, functional environment for patients and staff. The role handles repairs, inspections, preventive maintenance, and coordination with vendors and contractors.

What you'll do

• Troubleshoot equipment
• replace plumbing fixtures
• clear drains and pipes
• identify and stop leaks
• rebuild flush valves
• adjust building automation systems for patient and staff comfort
• test and inspect generators
• replace lights and ceiling tiles
• use drawings, wiring diagrams, and manuals to diagnose and repair issues
• coordinate specialized work with vendors and contractors
• perform preventive maintenance on emergency power and lighting, ice machines, refrigerators, HVAC, and other assigned systems
• inspect buildings and mechanical rooms.
