What you'll do

• Provide customer service and carry out site procedures and emergency response activities when appropriate
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, data center areas, parking facilities, access points, and perimeter locations
• monitor access points and visitor activity and verify credentials as required
• respond to incidents and alarms
• document observations and incidents and communicate shift information.
