The technician maintains apartments and property systems, completes work orders and unit turns, and helps keep the community safe and presentable. The role works with leasing staff and managers to address resident needs and coordinate repairs.

What you'll do

• Complete unit turns and work orders
• perform preventive maintenance
• diagnose and make minor or routine repairs
• maintain grounds and property appearance
• coordinate make-ready repairs and services
• follow safety requirements
• and provide customer service to residents. Emergency on-call is required, and after-hours emergency response may be needed.
