Senior Data Analyst – Finance Analytics and AI

The Senior Data Analyst role is hybrid in Seattle, WA, with four onsite days and one remote day each week, Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Pacific Time. Compensation is $53.19–$63.82 per hour on W-2. The role supports Nordstrom enterprise Finance initiatives in automation, analytics modernization, and AI enablement.

What you'll do

• Partner with Finance and Technology teams on automation, self-service reporting, and AI-assisted analysis
• support reconciliations, variance explanations, forecasting, and financial reporting
• develop analytical data models and semantic layers
• collaborate with data engineering, analytics, and AI teams to move solutions into production
• ensure solutions meet reliability, security, explainability, and governance standards
• and communicate findings and project progress to stakeholders.
