What you'll do

• Lead the sepsis performance improvement program
• promote adherence to CMS SEP-1 requirements
• partner with emergency, intensive care, and medical-surgical leaders to address performance gaps
• educate staff and steward sepsis quality data
• and collaborate with physicians, nursing, pharmacy, laboratory, and administration to improve sepsis outcomes. Review and report quality data and present performance information to committees and leadership.
