What you'll do

• Provide specialized customer service and personalized styling

• maintain stock on the selling floor and in the stockroom
• promote cross-selling
• capture customer data in the CRM
• conduct sales in person, by telephone, and by email
• support store KPIs and merchandise recommendations.
