What you'll do

• Allocate departmental workloads and support deadlines and meetings
• assist with staffing and scheduling
• support load utilization and cargo integrity
• help develop cargo sort operating plans
• ensure required shipment documentation is received
• monitor OS&D shipments and workflows
• identify capacity constraints and help arrange contingencies, reroutes, and additional trucks
• support KPI standards.
