Home Care Agency Supervisor

What you'll do

• Direct and develop CNA and office staff
• plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
• select, orient, train, assign, schedule, coach, and evaluate employees
• contribute to operational standards and system improvements
• provide budget information and monitor expenditures
• maintain home care policies and procedures
• support quality of care and adherence to state regulations
• answer patient and care-team questions
• coordinate patient needs with Home Care Coordinators
• audit participant and department records
• complete initial assessments, reassessments, and supervisory visits every 90 days
• provide on-call coverage evenings and after hours when staff are providing care in homes.
