What you'll do

• Set up production lines and ensure materials and packaging are available
• maintain line stock and flow
• monitor run rates and document downtime or missed targets as needed
• maintain inventory records and support stock rotation
• inspect equipment and report malfunctions
• identify safety and PPE concerns
• inspect finished food products for quality, labeling, and presentation
• ensure cleaning and sanitation between runs or shifts
• complete job paperwork and verify order completion and accuracy
• pursue improvements in productivity and quality.
