The role leads estimating and awarded projects from opportunity pursuit and preconstruction through closeout. It supports safe, compliant, timely, and profitable project delivery while maintaining client relationships and providing oversight to estimating and project management staff.

What you'll do

• Finalize estimates and proposals for public and private construction projects
• identify and pursue bid opportunities
• coordinate plan and specification reviews, quantity takeoffs, vendor quotes, bid construction, and submittals
• manage project schedules, costs, documentation, compliance, change orders, billing, and client communication
• coordinate preconstruction and operations planning
• track labor, materials, costs, payables, receivables, and invoicing
• supervise and support estimating and project management staff.
