The Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) role is onsite in Avondale, AL. Pay is $16.80–$19.50 per hour based on experience and completion of RBT certification; training is paid at a lower rate. Hopebridge’s clinical setting supports children with autism and their families. Working with guidance from Board Certified Behavior Analysts, the technician implements intervention plans, records progress, and supports children’s skill acquisition, functional communication, peer interactions, and school readiness.

What you'll do

• Create an environment that supports skill acquisition, functional communication, peer interactions, and school readiness
• learn from Board Certified Behavior Analysts to provide therapy
• review behavior plans and instructional materials
• implement plans consistently and monitor outcomes
• complete daily progress notes
• support children and families as they celebrate milestones.
