What you'll do

• Conduct routine patrols throughout the residential community
• monitor entrances, roadways, amenities, and perimeter areas
• identify and report suspicious activity, safety hazards, or policy violations
• respond to alarms, disturbances, and resident concerns as needed
• maintain a visible professional presence
• complete daily activity and incident reports
• document patrols using a smartphone or reporting system
• communicate with supervisors, management, and residents
• provide customer service while maintaining security standards.
