What you'll do

• Oversee hospice intake and referral coordination
• create centralized workflows for referrals, clinical review, insurance verification, physician coordination, consents, and admission scheduling
• maintain after-hours and weekend coverage
• guide staff on hospice eligibility and admission requirements
• ensure compliance with Medicare, CMS, HIPAA, and state regulations
• track referrals and conversion measures
• partner with sales leadership and liaisons
• refine scalable processes and technology
• integrate newly acquired agencies
• recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate staff
• build dashboards and report to the VP of Sales.
