The Facility Float Pool Registered Nurse utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care across multiple units. This onsite role is located in Saint Louis, MO, and compensation is $5.00/hr (base differential). The position supports the Mercy South facility by providing flexible nursing coverage. This role exists to provide high-quality nursing care in a variety of clinical settings, including ICU, Stepdown, and Med/Surg. The nurse contributes to the team by maintaining professional accountability, coordinating care with other departments, and ensuring patient rights and confidentiality are upheld.
