Description
Directs accountability for clinical outcomes and day-to-day management of Medical Directors in multiple centers within assigned market. Ensures successful clinical operations and meeting/exceeding plan market earnings. Manages, mentors and coaches Medical Directors in his/her assigned market. Oversees and facilitates talent development of the PCPs, NPs, and Medical Directors.
