What you'll do

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex maintenance and repair issues
• identify process improvements
• mentor and train junior technicians
• develop preventive maintenance schedules
• inspect production equipment and address risks
• coordinate specialized repairs with vendors and contractors
• communicate maintenance issues and recommendations
• collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams
• and coordinate spare-parts availability.
