IT Technician III

Job overview

What you'll do

• Handle advanced technical issues and day-to-day helpdesk tickets
• serve as a technical escalation point and guide junior team members
• take ownership of processes or projects
• improve IT policies and workflows
• respond to support requests
• install, configure, and maintain software and hardware
• diagnose and troubleshoot issues
• maintain technical documentation
• explain technical concepts to employees
• support onsite office technology and equipment setup.
