What you'll do

• Manage end-to-end relationships with Mandarin-speaking vendors in Mandarin and English
• oversee Amazon Vendor Central and/or Seller Central operations, including catalog management, item setup, purchase orders, and troubleshooting
• negotiate vendor agreements, commercial terms, pricing, and distribution arrangements
• set vendor strategy and performance goals
• lead business reviews and resolve escalated issues
• coordinate inventory planning, fulfillment, and supply chain logistics
• monitor vendor performance and compliance
• maintain records
• support onboarding and expansion projects.
