Tire Technician

The Tire Technician position is in person in Baton Rouge, LA, and is full-time with an eight-hour shift. Pay is $16–$18 per hour. The technician supports Street King’s customer tire and wheel installation services. The technician mounts, balances, and installs wheels and tires, performs related shop tasks, and helps customers. The role contributes to safe, reliable installations by operating tire equipment, following safety guidelines, maintaining tools and the shop, and completing work orders.

What you'll do

• Greet customers and answer calls professionally
• assist customers on the floor
• mount, balance, and install wheels and tires
• install lift and level kits
• operate a computer balancer and tire machine
• complete work orders
• follow safety guidelines and vehicle torque policy
• maintain shop equipment and company vehicle
• assist the accounts manager with field pickups.
