Shipping and Receiving Associate

Job overview

The Shipping and Receiving Associate role is onsite in Suamico, Wisconsin, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM and pay of $20–$24 per hour. RC Mowers designs and manufactures commercial remote-operated and autonomous mowing equipment; this role supports order fulfillment and incoming materials.

What you'll do

• Pull, pack, label, and prepare orders
• process UPS shipments and assist with less-than-truckload and machine freight
• prepare shipping paperwork and coordinate pickups and deliveries
• receive and verify incoming materials
• enter transactions in NetSuite
• label, stage, store, and route materials
• report shipment discrepancies
• maintain inventory locations and safe, organized work areas
• cross-train to cover shipping and receiving.

Why this role

Cross-training is intended to prepare the associate to independently cover either shipping or receiving when a teammate is out. Forklift training is provided; prior forklift experience is helpful but not required.
