What you'll do

• Respond to resident requests and work orders
• diagnose and repair defects
• coordinate maintenance requests and replacements
• inspect grounds and buildings for hazards
• manage supplies and preventive maintenance
• maintain shop organization, safety programs, records, and key control
• manage unit inspections and on-call emergencies
• obtain vendor bids
• direct maintenance, construction, and rehabilitation work
• supervise, train, and schedule maintenance staff.
