Landscape Crew Lead (Service Delivery Manager)

The Landscape Crew Lead (Service Delivery Manager) is an onsite field role based in Atlanta, GA, with regional travel four to five days per week. AQUALIS provides water management services focused on maintaining, inspecting, and repairing stormwater and lift-station systems. The crew lead helps maintain and improve storm drainage systems and related infrastructure, coordinates field work and reporting, and supports the service delivery team’s schedule during growing seasons to help mitigate flooding and erosion.

What you'll do

• Assist in leading watershed management technicians
• maintain storm drainage systems and ponds
• perform environmental maintenance
• operate landscaping equipment
• remove sediment, trash, and debris
• identify and document repair needs
• maintain company equipment and vehicle
• complete maintenance and inspection reports and track crew expenses
• coordinate hotel arrangements when overnight travel is required
• attend safety training
• perform physical labor in varied weather.
