Groundskeeper

What you'll do

• Remove litter and debris from grounds, buildings, and walkways
• perform trash-out duties in vacated apartments and assist with cleaning available apartments and models
• report unsafe conditions and maintenance needs
• prepare apartments for move-in and turnover
• and assist with snow removal and overtime as needed.
