Software Testing and Quality Engineer IV — Automation

The Software Testing and Quality Engineer IV works 100% onsite in Andover, MA; pay is $55–$60 per hour. The role supports delivery of the client’s EcoStruxure platform products and works with system testing, component, TechOps, and architecture teams. The engineer builds and improves automated testing capabilities and verifies software quality across integration, performance, stress, and scalability scenarios. The work helps identify defects and risks early and supports reliable software delivery through continuous integration and deployment pipelines.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and execute automated tests using Python and Pytest
• own and improve the testing automation framework
• create and execute test plans and automated test cases
• perform full-stack integration testing in CI/CT/CD pipelines
• work with component teams to resolve issues
• conduct performance, stress, and scalability testing
• identify defects, assess risks, and track issues through resolution
• follow testing best practices in an Agile development setting.
