What you'll do

• Perform routine interior and exterior maintenance and preventive maintenance on building systems and equipment
• complete minor repairs in carpentry, electrical, air conditioning, plumbing, mechanical, painting, and flooring
• schedule vendors for work beyond routine maintenance
• inspect systems and common areas
• monitor building controls
• complete work orders and maintenance records
• respond to emergency maintenance requests
• follow safety procedures.
