The Licensed Mental Health Therapist role is onsite at the Council Bluffs, IA office. Compensation is up to $68,000 per year, with a $4,500 sign-on bonus paid in three installments during the first three months and the opportunity to earn an additional $1,500 monthly based on productivity after 90 days. Family Access Center serves clients in a fast-paced, high-volume organization. The therapist provides individual, family, and couples therapy to children, adolescents, and adults. The role supports client care through assessment, treatment planning, coordination, crisis response as needed, and accurate confidential documentation.

What you'll do

• Provide individual, family, and couples mental health therapy
• serve children, adolescents, and adults
• conduct assessments, treatment planning, and discharges
• coordinate with referral sources and other professionals
• maintain confidential client records
• respond to crises as needed
• assist with program development and implementation
• attend staff and clinical meetings, supervision, and training
• complete timely electronic documentation.
