What you'll do

• Assist the VP in setting strategic direction and overseeing core banking and assigned technologies
• lead and develop Applications staff
• translate organizational objectives into technology roadmaps and priorities
• partner with business units to gather requirements and evaluate solutions
• identify process improvement and automation opportunities
• oversee approved AI solution evaluation, implementation, governance, and support
• coordinate releases, upgrades, integrations, and projects
• manage vendors, security controls, documentation, incidents, and recovery activities.
