Technical Account Manager

What you'll do

• Advise clients on partner advertising platforms and optimization
• lead client onboarding and account transitions
• troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate vendor escalations
• support account planning and growth opportunities
• develop implementation guides and training
• monitor platform updates and account health
• mentor junior specialists
• maintain documentation and project tracking.
