What you'll do

• Assist with lease transactions and office duties
• greet prospects, identify needs, tour apartments, and process applications
• prepare leases and move-in paperwork after approval
• follow up with prospects and monitor renewals
• respond to resident concerns and enforce community policies
• update online availability and pricing, place advertisements, distribute marketing materials, and monitor competitors.
