As the first dedicated senior-level recruiter, this role builds and leads full-cycle recruiting, develops candidate pipelines, and partners with hiring leaders and HR colleagues. Its work helps the growing firm attract and hire talent while improving candidate experience and recruiting operations.

What you'll do

• Lead full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer acceptance, including sourcing, candidate engagement, screening, interview coordination, offer development, negotiation, and closing. Build proactive sourcing strategies and candidate pipelines
• advise on talent availability and recruiting priorities
• partner with hiring leaders and the Sr. Talent Manager
• coordinate pre-employment activities with the HR Coordinator
• maintain ATS records
• and use recruiting data to support reporting and process improvements.
