What you'll do

• Present activity programs suited to residents’ physical capacity, cognitive ability, and interests.
• Encourage participation and assist with transportation.
• Accompany residents to community events.
• Create decorations and crafts, set up equipment, and assist with the monthly activity calendar, movies, parties, and games.
• Supervise activities as needed, attend resident care plan meetings, and participate in quality assurance programs and facility committees.
