What you'll do

• Lead safe, engaging, and educational group classes

• build relationships among members and participants
• adjust instruction to participants’ capabilities, physical conditions, health, and culture
• recognize participant achievements
• keep attendance records
• follow YMCA policies and respond to emergencies.
